Sequencing
The Seattle BioMed Sequencing Core facility has been in operation for over 18 years and offers DNA sequencing and fragment analysis services to academic and non-academic users in Seattle's scientific community, as well as international scientists and organizations. Our service provides cost-effective solutions for small laboratories without access to sequencing technology, in addition to large organizations with demands that exceed "in house" capacity.

The Seattle BioMed DNA Sequencing Core is a CLIA certified laboratory.
The facility is overseen by a faculty Scientific Advisor, Dr. Peter Myler and Core Manager, Ellen Sisk.
