The DNA Sequencing facility operates an Applied Biosystems 3730XL Genetic Analyzer with a range of sequencing and fragment analysis applications including resequencing, microsatellite analysis, amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP), loss of heterozygosity (LOH), single strand conformational polymorphism (SSCP), and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) screening and validation. Our 3730XL DNA sequencer is dedicated to customer requests, which usually allows for 1-2 day turnaround for completed reactions.
