World TB DayCome together on March 22 to STOP TB!

Tuberculosis — one of the world’s oldest diseases — remains an epidemic, causing the death of several million people every year. Today, we face the challenges of combating not only extreme drug resistant TB, but now TB that is totally resistant to available drugs.

Our greatest hope for effective solutions lies in advocacy, healthcare, training and research. Washington state is leading the way in building the promise that we will stop TB in our lifetime.

Commemorate World TB Day by joining the Washington State Tuberculosis Advisory Council at Seattle BioMed on March 22 for a free event to learn about the impact TB has on you, your community and our collective resources.
