Each of our scientists works within one of four specific disease program areas: malaria, HIV/AIDS, emerging infections & TB, and trypanosomatids. But each has other areas of expertise -- ranging from immunology to drug discovery and beyond. This allows scientists to work beyond their disease expertise and build teams that bring the best skills together to tackle the world's most pressing health issues.
